FAQS and Shipping Information
TERMS OF SERVICE
Upon ordering you will be given a tracking number within 1-3 days. You may track your order at USPS.com however your order will not be updated until USPS picks up your package. Please allow at least 3-14 business days from when you receive your tracking number for your order to arrive.
ONCE THE POST OFFICE HAS DELIVERED YOUR ITEMS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR HELD PACKAGES. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS so any issues encountered must be handled with them. If your package is marked as delivered and you still do not have your package, you must contact them.
If the wrong address was provided and your package gets sent back to our warehouse, you will have to pay an additional shipping cost for us to resend your order.
We will only reimburse you for shipping if the mistake was ours.
International orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. We understand that international shipping is expensive so please make sure that your address is correct or you will have to pay for shipping once again for our staff to resend the package.
If you are not content with the size or item you ordered, you can return it for an exchange or refund. If your item has been mailed out and a refund has been requested, the shipping cost will not be refunded. You have 30 days to return items for a refund or exchange however if the items are sent back used and worn out, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
We do not offer return labels for refunds or exchanges unless the mistake was ours. You must pay for return shipping.
